BashRTS LLC, Ufa, boiler house No. 39
Technical Director
In 2011, in boiler house No. 39 (KC-12) in Ufa, your company introduced the UDAV-100/18 vacuum deaeration unit with a capacity of 100 tons/hour. During 4 years of operation, the deaerator unit has been operating stably in the load range from 10 to 85 tons/hour. The oxygen content in all operating modes does not exceed the norm and ranges from 10 to 20 micrograms/dm3. No wear or damage was found during routine inspections of the deaerator. It should be noted that to optimize the deaeration process, a BOA deaeration plant control system was implemented at launch, along with a BOA control panel.
To reduce energy costs, pumping groups of heating supply pumps and water supply pumps for the HVO installation are equipped with complete control devices with frequency drives.
During the operation of the BOA-100 deaeration unit, a decrease in oxygen content was achieved from 15,000 micrograms/dm3 in the source (artesian) water to 5 micrograms/dm3in the make-up water with a stable hydraulic mode available range loads of 10-85 m3/hour at the actual temperature of the deaerated water at the entrance to the DCV equal to 59 ° C and the operating pressure in the deaerator is 0.85-0.92 ata. Overload modes were not observed.
The achieved recharge range of 10-85 m3/hour allowed us to create an optimal operating mode map of the boiler house in summer and winter conditions.
