      The HCV 1-06.2 vortex gas dynamic separator was installed in March 2011 in the compressor section after the screw oil-filled compressor (standard equipment without integrated air-cooled dryer) with operating parameters: outlet pressure 7.2 bar, capacity 26.1 nm3/min to the air collectors.

      To check the efficiency of the HCV 1-06.2 vortex gas dynamic separator, the following devices were installed on the separator outlet pipeline:
      1. Flow meter with functions: accounting for instantaneous flow, pressure and temperature
      2. Dew point temperature sensor

      Readings of the measurements made:
      1. The pressure at the outlet of the separator is 7.2 bar (at the outlet pressure of the compressor is 7.2 bar)
      2. Flow rate - 26.1 nm3/min
      3. Temperature +34 °C (at compressor outlet temperature +35 °C)
      4. Dew point temperature +8 °C

      Manufacturer's compressed air quality tests according to GOST 9.010-80 (directional compressed air jet 0.25 nm3/min through a 9 mm diameter nozzle from a distance of 50 mm onto clean filtered paper for 10 minutes - no moisture and oil stains and directional compressed air jet 0.25 nm3/min through a 9 mm diameter nozzle from a distance of 50 mm mm on the surface of the mirror for 3 minutes - a matte coating and spots from drops of moisture and oil were absent).

      Based on the results of measurements and tests, it was decided to use vortex gas-dynamic separators of this type on the compressor equipment of Samara Stroyfarfor LLC.
